Orders received by 10am will be dispatched to our courier the same day for next day delivery, orders received after 10am and will be dispatched to our courier the next working day.

Deliveries must be signed for, please check your goods before signing, If your goods are damaged, ask the courier to return and contact us on 01253 591717.

The shipping time of your order may be affected by the following circumstances:

Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

Occasionally a high volume of requests or a shortage of stock might delay your order.

All orders will be classed as UK mainland unless your postcode appears on following exclusion list, in which case our Offshore postage of £25 cost applies.
