Celplas Terms and Conditions
Please review the following conditions carefully before purchasing products from Celplas PVC LTD. The following contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Cladding Batch Differences
Please note that wall panels are produced in batches and each batch may differ slightly in colour. We will make sure that all your wall panels come from the same batch, but it may have a slight difference in colour and texture from the sample you ordered at a different time. All panels ship with a label inside stating the batch number of your cladding, should you need to reorder and require the same batch.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full, providing we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or telephone before the goods are packed or shipped. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. If orders have been packed or shipped you will have to bear the return postage expenses or may only receive a partial refund.
If you are unhappy with your order, then the items must be returned and received by Celplas PVC LTD within 7 days. Celplas PVC LTD will accept any returns based on faulty goods. Should you return an item, you need to notify Celplas PVC LTD by email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
When corresponding with Celplas PVC LTD please have your order number clearly printed on your e-mail along with your full details.
Please note that Celplas PVC LTD will only accept products returned which are in the same condition and packaging in which they were dispatched. A full refund (minus postage) will be made when the item has been returned within 7 days in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. For returned goods, the cost of shipping will be born by the customer unless damaged. Customers are advised to return goods by recorded delivery as refunds will not be given for goods lost in transit.

All images on the site are owned by Celplas PVC LTD or their respective companies and are subject to copyright.
Order Acceptance Policy
Celplas PVC LTD reserves the right to refuse service, to close accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other marketing programs that it deems harmful to the company.
Risk of Loss
Celplas PVC LTD is responsible for all products until such time that they leave the warehouse and are handed to a third-party carrier for final delivery. Although we take steps to ensure your product is sent next day delivery with insurance, we cannot accept responsibility if you, the customer, inputs an incorrect shipping address.
Faulty / Damaged products
Our goods are inspected prior to packaging for damages, so should reach you in perfect condition.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please check your goods before signing. If your goods are damaged, make sure to sign for the delivery as damaged, ask the courier to return and notify us immediately.
While we appreciate that the person who signs for a parcel may not be the person who ordered it, we advise you to instruct all other people or staff who may sign for parcels of our 24 hour condition.
Where we are unable to complete the delivery of a shipment for whatever reason, we will try to leave a notice at the customer’s address stating that delivery has been attempted. If delivery has not been made after a second attempt by us, or the receiver refuses to accept delivery, we will try to contact you and agree the appropriate next action.
We will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition, unless the receiver has noted and signed for any damage on our/our couriers delivery record when the receiver accepted the shipment. In order for us to consider a claim for damage, you must sign for the delivery as damaged.
Any faulty or damaged products must be reported to Celplas PVC LTD by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the goods and a detailed account of the problem is required with the following information:
- Photos of damaged goods
- Order Number (if ordered online)
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- How many, and which items in your order have been damaged during delivery
In all instances, we will ask for photographs of any damages, so please do not be offended if we ask you. This is a requirement from our couriers to support any damage claims.
